Night Owl Games Acquires Rights to Publish Dungeon Overlord

AUSTIN, Texas -- June 2, 2011 - Night Owl Games™ has picked up the worldwide publishing rights for Dungeon Overlord™ from Sony Online Entertainment LLC (SOE). Dungeon Overlord is a unique Facebook game that is designed to appeal to hardcore gamers from other platforms and gamers that are looking for a deeper and more complex experience in a Facebook title.

Since the beta launch in January 2011, the immersive 3D graphics and strategic gameplay of Dungeon Overlord has attracted thousands of hardcore players to Facebook gaming for the first time.

Under the terms of the agreement, Night Owl Games will take on the sales, marketing, and operations of Dungeon Overlord in addition to the company's ongoing development of the title.
