War of Legends launches in-game easter egg hunt

Cambridge, UK - 17 March 2011 - Jagex Games Studio, the UK's largest independent games developer and publisher, today announced a two week long Easter egg hunt in War of Legends, the free-to-play real-time strategy game.

As part of the Easter celebrations, Jagex have hidden four different coloured Easter eggs within the in-game Wildlands. The Easter Eggs are available to find throughout the event which runs until 1st May 2011. The blue, red and green eggs can be discovered by invading the Wildlands whereas the golden eggs are hidden within the Special Paradise.� Each egg contains 1 of 16 prizes worth up to $50 and there are no limits on how many eggs players can find.

As well as the news of the Easter event, Jagex have also announced that there will be a large content update for War of Legends coming soon. Details are currently being kept under wraps but more news will be released shortly.
