The Secret World reveals new trailer and screenshots

After an eventful GDC last week, Funcom has revealed new assets, including a video and never-before-seen screenshots, for its upcoming horror MMORPG, The Secret World.

The assets are available on the re-release of The Secret World's website, which has been redesigned in preparation for more news, previews, and information to come.

Director and Producer Ragnar Tørnquist commented:

"The video perfectly encompasses the four important pillars of ‘The Secret World': the modern-day setting, the freeform character progression, the dramatic storyline, and the unique secret society conflict. It feels great to reveal new details on the ‘The Secret World' as we continue to make strides in the development of the game...

The Secret World will be Funcom's third MMO, having previously released Anarchy Online and Age of Conan. Like AoC, The Secret World intends to be a game for mature audiences, and will feature graphic violence.
