Star Wars: The Old Republic begins Pre-Launch Guild Program

Players who have already created a guild, or are planning to create one, in preparation for the eventual launch of Star Wars: The Old Republic, have been rewarded toda with the start of SWTOR's Pre-Launch Guild Program.

The guild program allows players to create and officially register their guilds in the new Guild Headquarters section of the SWTOR website, as well as search for existing guilds. These guilds will also be able to be imported directly into the game at the game's launch, so long as four guild members have pre-ordered the game.

The Guild Headquarters gives each guild its own miniature website, including recruitment status and both public and private forums. The guilds are also entered into a searchable database, making recruitment easy for guild masters.
