The Chosen, Wedding Event - Friday 7/15 at 5:30pm PST

Snail Games' newest MMO, The Chosen will be hosting it's firstÂin-game wedding tomorrow, and you are cordially invited.Â

What follows is 1/2 media alert and 1/2 wedding invitation.Â

I'm completely serious.

There are more details on the forum (here), including screenshots of the couple, who btw, areÂbasically adorable. They met in another MMO (Ceasary)Âand have been playingÂMinistry of War (popular Snail title) together for a while now.

InÂThe Chosen, marriage is an actual in-game feature with some very tangible effects. Players buy wedding rings, receive wedding outfits, receive bonus exp, gain new married-exclusive emotes, get a new title proclaiming them as so-and-so's husband/wife, and have the event announced to the entire world. On top of that, there are various options for the wedding party (size, decorations, etc.)

And dancing. There's dancing!
