This is a site about MMO games. It seems likely you wouldn't be reading this if you weren't interested in some kind of online game, so I will ask the obvious question: What are you playing? If nothing, what are you looking for?


I am currently playing Jade Dynasty as my main game and have recently started playing Battle of the Immortals on the side. I am also in the beta for Iris Online, and I also occasionally drop into Aika and Allods.

I realize that makes it sound like I am a terrible game hopper, and I am not sure I can deny it. I spent the better part of a decade playing EverQuest, with occasional breaks and forays into other subscription games, but I haven't yet settled down to have that sort of relationship with any other game since. I do play more Jade Dynasty than anything else, and I've spend a fair amount of money on it, but I am still waiting for another game to grab me like EverQuest did.

I can't really say it is nostalgia for EQ, either, since I haven't been out of the game all that long and I am dying to get back in, especially with the addition of housing. The system looks amazing, as far as I can tell from what people have posted on different forums. But for the sake of marital harmony, I'm off the EQ.
