Gamania Digital Entertainment (publishers of Lucent Heart and Hero: 108 Online) have forged a new partnership with GamerDating.com to allow both services to connect with each other and help players find new relationships.

Couples who find each other either in Lucent Heart or on GamerDating.com will be able to transition between the game and the online dating service, granting gamers a new dimension for online dating. This will grant Lucent Heart players ways to communicate with others safely, while GamerDating.com participants can go on safe online dates.

Jim Palmer, creator of GamerDating.com, commented via press release:

Never before has an MMORPG made the move to work so closely with a social network. We honestly have no idea why this is the first time someone is doing this. GamerDating.com will be sponsoring Lucent Heart‘s next “Get Lucky!” beta event, which will take place over St. Patrick’s Day weekend and will feature special green attire for the occasion. Players who sign up for a free profile at GamerDating.com will get a free beta key to participate, or stalk the Lucent Heart forums for giveaways.
