League of Legends and Riot Games have unveiled details on the latest champion to grace the league, Vayne, the Night Hunter.

Vayne boasts a gigantic stake-impaling crossbow, wears sunglasses at night, and is the perfect choice for hunting down enemy champions.

Vampire Hunter D and Batman rolled into an assassin, Vayne's abilities focus on quick assassinations that leave opponents unable to escape." Let's look at Vayne's skills:

Night Hunter (Passive): Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains bonus Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.

Tumble: Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. She rolls toward the cursor and her next attack deals bonus damage.

Silver Bolts: Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target’s maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max damage vs. Monsters is capped)

Condemn: Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.

Final Hour (Ultimate): Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, stealth during Tumble, and quadruple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.

Tumble is probably the most interesting ability here, as the rest are rather self explanatory." Tumble will allows Vayne to close in and kill her quarry as well as escape from combat, Ezreal style, and will require adept cursor manipulation.

Combined with Tumble, Night Hunter and Condemn allow Vayne to stay right on top of any fleeing foe, and Final Hour absolutely ensures that you'll have the damage and speed required to deliver the final blow.

Silver Bolts should be amazing against heavy tanks and tanky-dps, dealing health based true damage.

Silver Bolts will be useful for a lot more than just trying to save the village against Vladimir and Warwick, and makes Vayne viable even when the opposing team stacks gear to counter your AD-based assassination attempts.
